Always nice to go to Publix, clean, well stocked, fresh produce, great bakery and great deli where we always bring home a terrific sub sandwich. Never unhappy

Well sometimes in life things don’t always go like we think they should I placed an order with their deli for some chicken wings order 60 for to celebrate my daughter‘s 17th birthday ud83eudd73 ... And somehow someway they lost the order my daughter went down there to pick it up they handed her the small box of 10 she came home she didn’t understand mom this is what they gave me I said no It was supposed to be an order for 60... I called spoke to deli person and then a manager ... needless to say I was not very happy but Publix did something amazing because of our inconvenience for having to drive down there twice and for their mistake of losing the order they gave us the order for free that is called great customer service that is called taking care of your customers we always get our wings from there always I’m a size they have the best in town anyway so I just want to say thank you to Publix for doing the right thing making the situation right and handling this poor mom when she was so upset good job kudos well done and thank you ud83dude0a

Always well stocked, extremely clean store. All the departments are fabulous, especially the bakery... YUM!! Staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful!! It's never a chore shopping at Publixs. It's more like a fun day out!!! ud83dude01
