I drove nearly an hour to reach this business 20 minutes prior to their closing time as listed on their web site. When I arrived they were already closed, and an employee leaving simply stated hours had been "changed due to covid". What's up with that? And leaving website info unchanged? This is very poor practice on their managements part.

I held off on writing a negative review of this place for many years. Despite their lack of respect for your time and surly, unprofessional employees, they’re an authorized Hilti dealer and the only place in town to get Armstrong drop ceiling parts and yucca bristle bucket brushes. They have a great selection of specialty drywall tools. That you can’t get anywhere else, like long handled yucca bristle gong brushes. I guess this makes them think they don’t have to put any effort into customer service, because it’s invariably terrible. I’ve never been able to get in and out of there in under 30 minutes because of the staggering apathy expressed by the employees. My last visit was the final straw. I was sitting at the counter placing an order. A female customer walks in behind me and interrupts the order I’m placing. Since this customer happened to be female, I ceased to exist. The guy that was helping me LITERALLY WALKED AWAY MID SENTENCE. Absolutely egregious. Then it took me over 30 minutes to get my 6 sheets of drywall and 10 sticks of galvanized angle loaded up, because the yard guys just don’t move with any sense of urgency. This store has a good selection, but the service is so terrible that I avoid them at all costs and only go here when I have no other choice. There is a reason I, and the company for which I work, get as much as we can from L&W.

Excellent customer service. Chris Briggs in the window division is extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Chris' creative suggestions greatly improved the look and feel of our home.

Great place to shop for all your building and stucco Materials, great customer service and the delivery guys are very Professional.
