The World's Fair Park in Knoxville, Tennessee is definitely worth visiting. It's an absolutely beautiful urban green space setting that didn't fold up, after the fair left town. The park is well maintained, the sidewalks, fountains and waterfalls are great. Ramps and steps for most areas. Spend some time and enjoy yourself, and share some family time there

Currently the sunsphere is closed due to the pandemic, but the rest of the grounds are wonderful place to walk through. They keep it very clean very open and very inviting. it's great to see a city that embraced something that happened so long ago and make it a good cornerstone hallmark for their city.

A nice park to walk around. We were able to take a path from here to the riverfront.

Had to visit. Disappointed there are no wigs in the Sunsphere. Local policeman was very helpful showing us where to park. It's a must see.

World's Fair Park in downtown Knoxville is a fantastic place for the entire family. Numerous community events are held here from pet events, like the annual Bark in the Park, to concerts from symphonies to rock & roll. In the Summer you can enjoy cooling off in the huge fountain, fun for kids & adults, just wear your suit and bring a folding chair as benches are limited.
