After searching endlessly for a Nissan Armada, I finally found one at this location that checked all of the boxes. When we arrived, it was pouring and of course I left the house without an umbrella. Todd greeted us within 10 seconds of arriving and came out and offered his umbrella up and stood in the rain discussing this vehicle with us.nAfter test driving, we decided this was the car for us. We went forward with purchasing and Todd made the process as seamless as possible for us. He answered all of our questions, provided excellent customer service and as an added touch, maneuvered us having our 15 month old with us during the process as effortlessly as possible. We are forever grateful to Todd and the whole crew at this location that made this purchase possible and this is our dealership of choice moving forward because of how well we were taken care of.

I came by the other day to get my complimentary oil change for my f150 that I had purchased earlier this year. Again I was treated wonderfully and they also hand washed my truck because it didn’t fit in the wash bay. I normally do my own maintenance on my vehicles because it’s cheaper and I don’t trust anyone else to do it properly. But I’m seriously considering having Harper do it from now on because of the great service and staff. Thanks again for a job well done.

Outstanding service!nAbsolutely professional and very much the experience one expects of a premium dealer.nnOur car was ready when it was supposed to be, at EXACTLY the price quoted, and we were provided a loaner car for rhe duration.nnThe staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and informed about our service and all the issues presented by our 14 year old Italian car.nnNot once were we pressured into sales or services we declined.nnIn the future, when we are car shopping, or seeking service, we will definitely return to Harper's.

Do not go to a dealership in Knoxville if it doesn't have the name Harper in front of it! I have now dealt with Harper Maserati and Harper Porsche in the past six months and they were both amazing experiences! And don't let any of the luxury names intimidate you because they have all kinds of other brands at their stores. I went to Harper Maserati to buy a Nissan for my wife and they treated us like gold. Todd Bernsien was our sales rep and he was fantastic. We made three visits a couple of months apart and he never put any pressure on us. I will always buy my cars from Harper going forward.

Harper Maserati has always taken great care of my car. Tyler is a wonderful Service Manager.nThe new loyalty program really helps build just that, loyalty.nIf you don't like the service department at your dealer, I suspect they will gladly work with you.nGive them a try!
