I just bought a 2010 white Volkswagen beetle from here. The owner was so helpful, responsive & went above & beyond!!! I am so impressed with their friendly & helpful service. Their cars are very well kept & cleaned. They aren’t your typical cars salesmen, they care about you getting a great car for a great price. If you are debating on visiting Karns Motor Company you definitely need to! Overall a wonderful experience.

These guys have done a great job with repairing my cars and have fair pricing for repairs and purchases. They are willing to work with me on scheduling appointments and don't overcharge for repairs. If it only needs $30 to fix it, they charge $30. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

My wife, LeAnne, who definitely does her homework before buying ANYTHING, put the guys at Karns Motor Co. to the test in regards to recently finding the right vehicle for her. Rob can definitely vouch for that. In fact, we purchased a vehicle for our oldest daughter a few years ago from Karns Motor Co.nHonest car lots along with honest salesmen are hard to come by, but rest assured you will be pleasantly surprised when you pull into the lot at Karns Motor Co. I bought a 2013 Ford Taurus from them. I am so in love with the car. I have own it for almost 2 months with no problems next time I buy a car I am going to them and very professional even though I am 17 years old my mom helped me and they didn’t treat me like I 17 they treated me like I was older... We had been looking for a Honda Element and found one a great one at Karns. After speaking with Rob, it was becoming apparent why Karns gets so many positive reviews. We took the 3+ hour trek from Madison, AL and made the purchase for a fair price. Great service and great experience (first time I've said this about purchasing a car!). Rob is the best; just wish they would relocate to Madison....Roll Tide!
