They graciously stayed open later to wait on us so we could see a Tahoe they had. There was an issue with the vehicle that was Chevys fault, but it was perfect other than that. The owner immediately looked into having it fixed and refused to take a deposit for it in case we decided not to get it once it was fixed. He gave us his word he wouldn’t sale it until we were able to come back a few days later. Unfortunately he couldn’t get it fixed in time for us, but My husband was confident he could take care of it himself, so he worked in the price for us so we could use that money to fix it. My husband was able to get the parts and have it fixed in a short time and we are so happy with our purchase. I’m the primary driver and I have had no issues since my husband bought it. Everything was exactly as they said. The owner and Nicki were so kind and helpful and we are so grateful for their honesty. We’ve been telling everyone about this dealership and we look forward to buying from them again!

Working with Royal Motors was a great experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They kept all of the promises that were made to me including replacing a rear tail light that needed fixing at the time of my purchase. Would definetly recommend to anyone. Great Job

Found out about them when I was searching for a RAV4 hybrid on car gurus. They had exactly what I was looking for but one problem..it was 2 hours away from me. Finally spoke with Nicki about it and she was so pleasant to deal with. Zero pressure on her part but was so accommodating, I couldn’t help but to drive down from Kentucky and take a look at it. Let them know I was on my way and when I got there the vehicle was parked in the front and spotless for me to test drive. Almost one week later and I’m so happy with my new car and my experience dealing with them. I was ready to give up for a while I had had such bad experiences elsewhere. I can honestly say they truly care about helping people out. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend!!!

My boyfriend and I were looking for a used vehicle this past October. We live in Virginia and we've had a lot of bad luck this year trying to find one. The girl that handled our loan information and did business with did an amazing job. There was no pressure and the staff maddcthemselves available through the whole thing. We ended up purchasing a vehicle somewhere else, though. The vehicle at the other place was more the size we needed. We were very impressed with everything that went on with Royal Motors and how they handled everything. We will definitely be trying to do business with them in the future.

Thank you Sam for all of your help! He made the process very quick and I am very pleased. He’s a very honest and sweet man! Couldn’t beat their service with anyone else! Great experience, would definitely go there all over again! Love my new car.. reasonable prices with a great variety of options available to fit any budget. Highly recommend!
