This is the place to go, we were very happy with the HR and the quality of BMW vehicles. After looking for over 2 months we were so happy to have landed here for our 328i purchase. These guys care about their inventory and value their customers. Without a doubt one of the best experiences!

Best car buying experience ever! Loving our BMW X3 and will return for my next car. After a long search and months of looking HR knew exactly what he was offering me without a doubt. All of their inventory is the amazing and the best I’ve seen. Knoxville has many used car lots but none like this. I knew this was the right place after stopping by in person. No pushy sales tactics here! My family was so happy we found the right place to buy from. This is the only dealer to look if you are looking for quality!

We had such a great experience with HR and his dad. My daughter even said they were fun to work with and so friendly and helpful throughout the buying process. HR even had a big red bow on my car when I came to pick it up. They took care of me and my family and I wanted to say thanks!

Folks, if your in the market for a vehicle you really need to see HR at Import Auto of Knoxville. I had been looking for a nice pre-owned BMW 5 series for almost a month, you know the drill...either worn out, filthy, high miles etc. I found HR and visited the website, all the cars looked almost new and had very clean carfax reports. I made an in-person visit the next day, drove three really nice cars and bought the black one. Great car, great service, and great after the sale service. I would highly recommend.
