I typically leave few, if any reviews of businesses. On the rare occasions I feel compelled to leave a review, it’s because someone went well beyond my expectations.nnHarper Audi is fantastic with the vehicle purchase process. James Warren does a great job working as the buyer’s advocate in sales. Certainly miss Oscar Smith as GM but I understand after so many years in one job, sometimes we just need a change. Nevertheless, as good as the car purchase process is, their Service Manager is even better.nnI had some small problems with my car and needed parts ordered. I was provided with a nice loaner. They kept me informed of the work progress and detailed the car for me afterward. They followed up a few days after I brought my car home to ensure everything was working properly. They even came to my home to help facilitate car delivery when service was completed.nnI truly believe this Audi dealership has to be one of the better ones in the country. The only difficulty I could foresee will be deciding which Audi model I’ll go with when my current lease expires.

Great experience. They really make it easy on the customer! Thy picked my car at my house, left me a loaner to use for the day and dropped the car in the afternoon. All the services performed as expected and they even reviewed extra stuff that I didn’t remember to check. Highly recommended. The driver was very professional and nice, the service person also great!

I had an amazing experience at Harper Audi in Knoxville. After being ignored and then receiving extremely poor service at an Atlanta based Audi dealership, I decided to give Harper Audi a chance to earn my business. James Warren (my sales consultant) treated me with a level of professionalism that is not common in the car sales industry. He was very responsive and thorough as he ensured my questions were answered and I understood all of the details about my desired vehicle. James took the time to personally ensure that my experience was a positive one! I look forward to purchasing each of my future vehicles from James and his team!

Just had a great experience purchasing a used A5 Cabriolet form Audi of Knoxville. Rachel was our salesperson and she was excellent through the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure our needs and requests were taken care of. If you are in the market for a new or used Audi, I would highly recommend Audi of Knoxville and ask for Rachel.

We recently purchased a Audi TT at Harper Audi. This was one of the easiest car purchases I've made. My salesman (Tyler Robinson) kept me updated on everything with the deal and most of it was accomplished online. What impressed me most about the buying experience is they didn't low ball us on our trade. A pleasant car deal for a change...something you don't hear often. Kudos to the Harper Audi team. They're true professionals, make you feel welcome, and take care of their customers. I'll look forward to doing business with them again.
