Very bad service, took three days to tell us if our credit app was approved, call four times only to be told he's busy....he's taking pics.....he's not in.....he cold not take time to answer the phone or call us back.....the time we got him on the phone he told me to hang on a minute......six minutes later I hung up. We were going to put half down and finance the rest, never did he ask about paying cash instead of financing it, or another rout ...they must make a lot of money to just let customers go like that.....his name is Matthew.....and yes I did have all the money....just did not want to spend all of what I had.....your loss

They need to actually update their inventory online. Since they have posted on CL and their website a certain vehicle I was interested in. Seems it got sold and they changed the stock number for another vehicle. Called to check on it because no one called me about the availability and they don't check on their website forms . I would rather go somewhere else where they know what they have in stock and can help me purchase the vehicle I was interested in.

After repeatedly asking for a copy of a Carfax for a truck, we gave up and went to the lot to check out the vehicle. We were there for at least 15 to 20 minutes outside looking at the vehicle and no one came to help us. Which was perfectly fine because we found out why there was no Carfax sent to us. The vehicle had been in a wreck and was missing parts of the engine compartment that was not disclosed in the listing. We will never go back there again.

Drove hours to see a few diesel trucks listed on website. The pictures are very deceiving to say the least. They all have a lot of rust that has been painted over. Most frame paint flaking off in chunks from trying to cover it up and not do it correctly. They didn’t know where any of the trucks came from (north /salt). Went to look inside one and start it. Batteries dead on truck. No offer to boost it off. Very shady type operation. Anyone can go to Cincinnati or West Virginia and buy trucks cheap and try to burn people. It’s not a skill, it’s pure deceitful. While in town we went to reeder Chevrolet and purchased a brand new 2021 Chevrolet 2500 4x4 diesel work truck for 53k out the door. Brand new. They were asking 32-40k for their trucks with 100-200k miles / no warranty and rust. I wouldn’t ship here again
