Purchasing was effortless and Eric was amazing. Easiest process and best dealer around. Helped us with shipping the car to our out of state home. The car was in excellent condition and ready to sell. Great service and advice. Eric gave me several options and I got the car that fitted my needs. No pressure sale, all went perfectly. I had purchased from him and USI motors before, and will buy from him again.

Great experience at USI Motors. They have a wonderful inventory and top notch service. Kendra was very professional and helped me through the process. I took my time to get the right car and she never pressured me or rushed me. I was impressed.nnThe car I bought is in excellent shape as are all the cars there. This was My first experience with USI but I will be back.nnMy Only gripe was when I got the car the gas tank was on Empty. Most dealers give you a free tank when you buy a car but I had to fill up ASAP after the sale. Oh well small potatoes. Overall a Great place!!

Had a fantastic experience, great customer service, great environment, I dealt with Eric and he gave the best customer service I’ve had in a while and I definitely appreciated it, they also took the time to get me gas as well as shined the car for me. Eric Jendrucko was extremely helpful and patient. He even arranged for me to take the Cadillac I was interested in to the Cadillac dealer to talk with their service department about the factory warranty and mechanical history of the car. No high pressure sales tactics from Eric just great service. Once I decided to buy the process was the fastest and easiest of any car I've ever purchased. The next time I find myself shopping for a vehicle again Eric will be the person I contact.
