Called the center to ask a simple question about scheduling a drivers test because their website is utterly confusing. After listening to a long recording it finally transferred me to someone who robotically said please hold and proceeded to place me on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and went through the same recording 3 times that transferred me to another recording that said all the representatives were busy and for me to call back. No one ever actually answers. God forbid anyone need help beyond their confusing website. I guess I'll just have to show up to ask a simple question. Pathetic.
Made a appointment for my son to get his license after doing the Drive for life program. We were called up before I could even fill out any papers. Quick fast and very proficient that day.
Never have their phones on by 8:30 when they open, super unhelpful anytime I do talk to them! Very disappointing that clearly the people of TN who need their license reinstated, do not matter to this office. This is ridiculous, DO BETTER.
My son just took his driving test here and everyone was extremely nice. I was hesitant to go here because of the reviews but glad i did. I would go here over the one in Oak Ridge anyday.
Stephanie was amazing today. I was in and out within 20 minutes today. I got my license updated to the real ID and she was super efficient. She was working her station as well as checking people in. The two workstations were not near each other but she didn’t complain once. Great employee.
