Not much help for a father trying to help his 14 daughter
I question the motivation for the bad reviews on here? We were treated with politeness and kindness and respect... not by just one person, but by every one of the officers and workers we encountered.
Went in with some questions, the lady behind the glass was very rude and condescending. I guess it pays to be employed by the government, because if she had a private sector job, there's no way anyone would employ her.
