Easy hike in the woods. Primitive cabin
For a shelter it was awesome. It has a dirt floor, so bring a small tarp to walk on. There are spiders, including brown recluses, but it isn't like they are everywhere.nnThe camping area is great. It is also perfect for hammock camping. Plenty of trees to sleep in.nnThe hike in is nice and mostly easy. Not much moderate, and no difficult sections.
Beautiful park for hiking and backpacking.
Choose to stay in the shelter as a storm blew through in the middle of the night. Very primitive but safe.
Spent the day here. A great hike with awesome scenery.
