Charged for coleslaw that I didn't receive and three piece chicken was the size of small wings, unseasoned fries and regular toast.

I have been disappointed my last two trips to this location; both times were in a two-week span. Their cheddar bites look good, but taste burnt. Obviously due to frying them in old grease. Their fries and chicken tenders also carried the same burnt taste. I bought the Wings and Things combo both times, only for me to just eat the wings. Not even the Zax sauce can cover the off-putting taste. I would not suggest anyone go to this location unless changes are made. It’s ridiculous

Poor service. Manager actually had the audacity to laugh when I told him he needed to handle his job better. No appreciation for customers as far as I could see. Corporate will be getting a message.

Zaxby's is a Hit or a Miss. Sometimes they do good and sometimes they are Awful. Tonight I was very disappointed. Cashier wasn't pleasant, I went through drive thur so I wouldn't have to get out of the vehicle but unfortunately, I had to go inside because the Cashier forgot to give me my change. Good thing I did because they forgot to put my salad dressing & sauces in my bag then when I get home to eat OMG ud83dudc40I ordered a Basket of Fries and it looked like a side of fries and my order of Chedder Bites which I love look like about 10 was in the box. Very Disappointing.

Honestly I was disappointed ud83dude1e. The indoor dining took entirely too long to get food. Charged 1.29 for a kids drink. Sign on restroom said 1 person at a time, but 2 employees came in to wash their hands while I was in the stall. Then took time fixing their hair. Another customer was upset over service, and cussing and talking loudly. Even leaning over the counter threatening the employees. The manager was trying to fix it but seems intimidated and nervous.nThe food was hot and good. Just not a good dining experience.
