We love CKA! My son has only been attending for about 2 months and as a first time mother, I was skeptical about leaving my child to return to work but his teachers are wonderful! I get a new keepsake craft almost every week & get updated pictures throughout the day to see what he’s doing in school. I get weekly newsletters so I know what they’re doing and learning each day and any activities they may be working on! He always seems so happy whenever I pick him up and shows no interest on leaving his teacher. Hands down the BEST first daycare experience, I plan to keep him here definitely for the long run!

My son has been going to this day care since 2019, and we've had nothing but a pleasant experience. He is on the autism spectrum, and i can personally say it's been absolutely wonderful seeing his speech after being almost non-verbal, flourish and come to life; whilst attending over a few months. Not only his speech, but he's learned so much! As a nursing student over the past few years, it has been amazing to have a childcare facility that i can absolutely count on especially during this pandemic when i have to attend clinical rotations. Also with the facility being fully monitored by cameras, play areas being fenced in with safe equipment, and door codes to enter inside; those things ease many worries any parents could have about their little one throughout the day. :)

I’ve went back and forth with this for awhile but decided I have to help make other parents aware of what actually happens at CKA. Absolutely the worst daycare center in Camden for multiple reasons! Read ALL of Kathleen Klik’s review and take every word to heart. My son only attended there for two months and I would never subject him to that type of environment again! Kids would fight right in front of the staff and nothing would be done at all, my son was never in the same room, he come home multiple times with scratches and marks on him and nothing was said by Summer or the staff. Everyday we picked him up he had tears and dried snot on his face not to mention the BAD habits he was able to pick up from the other kids because of lack of proper adult supervision, honestly the list of BS from that so called daycare center can go on and on. We finally decided to pull him out after we picked him up on 2 separate occasions back to back with a completely full diaper and a diaper rash that made his poor skin peel and bleed. I never sent my son in there with a diaper rash and I dang sure didn’t except him to come out with one (especially to that extent) they all just show up for the paycheck and care absolutely nothing about the children attending unless it’s their own. As I stated before the list of issues with this daycare goes on and on so this is just a few of them to say the least. Several of the parents I talked to have either pulled their children out or are just waiting until an opening comes up elsewhere, my husband also spoke with a former staff member who said she quit specifically because of the way the children were treated. I was enrolled in school and had to put everything on hold because as a mother my son’s happiness and health will always come first. I can honestly say I see exactly why this is the only daycare in Camden that had any openings available, parents beware!

I love this daycare and staff! My son have been going to CKA since he was 6 months. He still attends this daycare and will be turning 3 soon! I must say he is learning and if you have any problems are concerns you can contact the owner Mrs.Summer and she will handle things quickly!

These teachers are nothing short of amazing. The directors maintain activities that keep my son excited to go to school. I couldn’t be more thankful for their efforts throughout the covid pandemic, as an “essential worker” and a single mom, I had no other options and they truly saved the day.
