We're Taking him to court. He did a diagnostic, said he fixed the problem for 700 and when I picked it up, still the same issue. Then he diagnosed it again and now says it reads kia recall. Jack is the worst mechanic I've dealt with. Completely illegal. See you in court sir

Poorest service I've ever seen. If you want your car to sit for months these are the people for you.
I had to get my rack & pinion replaced and pretty much my entire power steering system in my '05 Cadillac. Jack was an absolute pleasure every step of the way. I bought my own parts and they installed them promptly and was very considerate with re-packaging the cores so i could take them to AutoZone. They called me as soon as my car was done and let me pay over the phone for convenience. Overall this was a great experience and while I hope I don't have to go back if I ever need to, this is definitely where I'll be taking my business to.
