I brought 2 four wheelers for Christmas for my kids. Than the day they drove them my son wheel came off unfortunately they were closed until Monday so when I called back on Monday she ask am I coming to pay and get serviced and they will look at it. She didn’t apologize or nothing but as long as I was coming to pay to get the services I was fine!! I highly recommend nobody buy from them!!!! Especially not for your kids!!
Went there to put parts on my atv got it back with more parts missing than what was put on. And the guy is death scared of the lady at the register.
They're always so courteous and friendly, and thankfully they usually have the parts that I need, in stock.nnI will always attempt to go there before I take a gamble by driving to Columbia.
One of the most unprofessional places I ever seen. Had my 4wheeler for over 2months and still didn't fix it. Paid them over 500 dollars and it has the same issues. Husband and wife owned and operated. Both very nice till you want your bike back that hasn't been fixed in over two months. Husband can't speak English very well. So she put him on the phone to explain what he did. Still trying to figure out what he said two days later. Don't recommend this place to anyone!!!! Thinking of law suit. Just not sure if it's even worth trying to get the 500 dollars back.
