If there was a no star option, I would give it that. This store has serious issues with timeliness as it should not take almost 3 hours to cook and deliver a large pizza and wings. This is not the first time we've had this issue with timeliness and piss poor customer service. The phone lines are set so that they hang up on you when you try to call to inquire about your order or try to speak to management. Quick to take your money but they don't want to hear the customer.

If I could leave a review of -5 stars I would! Placed an order around 6:30 or so and it just got here at 9:44! Their site/order tracker had 129 minutes listed as the max time. Oh..and don't try to call to inquire about your order, the line disconnects. Totally absurd, it definitely did not take 3 hours for them to charge my card although it took that long to receive my pizza. I certainly will not order from them again.

Over the last few months these clowns have gone severely downhill. Back in December I waited 4+ hours for a delivery. To see how bad it was, I continued to order. This store averages a hour and a half delivery time.nnI just now got off the phone with a manager who informed me that doordash, whom I did not order through, cancelled my order. I am now stuck waiting 2-3 business days for my money back. There was no notification that my order was being cancelled.nnThis isn't about money, its about service, and this store does not deliver. I'm not just one unhappy customer, look at the other recent reviews. Let them go out of business.

Both times that I did order the pizza It wasn't appealing at all my cheese steak pizza looked a mess. Very sloppy made. The cheese pizza didn't look good neither. The wait time is crazy and when you call the wait time to order is unbearable. For the price food should be appealing. And customer service needs to step up there preformance. Not good service at all.

Ordered two large pizzas at 6:47 and order tracker showed they hadn't gone into the oven yet as of 8:47... TWO HOURS LATER! The store closes at 9 pm, so I guess we won't be getting our order. I guess I'll be disputing charges with my credit card company.
