Stopped by to try the chicken sandwich, the food was good, the employees were professional, to an extent.

We placed our order online 40 minutes before arrival. Walked in for pickup, and the lady with red shirt tells me my order was not pre-cooked because SHE wanted my chicken to be fresh. A 12 minute wait she said. She was concerned about my chicken being fresh but not concerned about my convenience.... what exactly is the POINT TO PRE-ORDER?!?! KFC in Blythewood has always had terrible service and I can clearly see they still suck!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! Tonight was my 2nd time in the drive thru when I’ve had to pull off due to unsatisfactory customer service which sucks because it’s the only KFC within 20 miles of me. The lady working drive thru was unprofessional and started yelling at me. I drove around thinking the speaker was the problem, only to find it was the staff!! If you value customer service don’t waste your time here, it’s CLEAR they do not appreciate their customers!

Food was done well staff plesant. No bathroom to use because closed inside. This is a dumb rule.
