The one they've put in Blythewood is closer to us now, which is easier. Me, my daughter and my cousins were having a nice time. We got there before 9, ordered our food, and sat down to eat. Around 9:45, the gentleman came over to our table, and told us the lobby closed 45 mins ago. So we're trying to figure out, how you let us sit in there 45 mins past your closing time. He said I don't know, but we need to clean-up. We looked at each other, but gathered our things to leave. While we were doing so, someone came in and ordered food. They didn't tell him they were closed. They took his order, and he got his food. Upon walking out of the door, my cousin looked back to check the door to see what the lobby hours are - and it said 11:00. I will be proceeding onto Killian/Clemson Road or Camden going forward. Thank You.

The GM is rude and customer service is horrible. I called about my food being cold and wanting my money back and she laughed at the fact that my fold was cold and I was upset cause I sent 30 dollars for food to be cold.. She said she could replace it or give me a credit but I honestly just wanted my money back because I was told I was waiting on fresh food but when I got it everything was cold when I got home and I stay only 5 mins away.

New to the Blythewood area, this location opened a lil while ago during this Covid-19 pandemic so their lobby hasn't been battle tested Yet, but the drive-thru & the ability to carry out has been nothing but The Truth!!! Very Nice Customers Service!!! Closet thing to Chic-fil-A in the fast-food world if you ask ME!!!ud83eudd37ud83cudffe......... IJSud83eudd14

Love their wings! Expensive though. As expected, Friday nights are always busy there, so expect a wait. Three stars because of pricing.
