I don't really do McDonald's.
We are new in SC, and see what seems to be a norm here. Every order we have had so far has something missing. It is always taken care of, but never with an apology or a smile and many times without any words at all, but just a blank look. May I make a suggestion? A sorry and a smile goes a long way towards improving your customer service. On a positive note, the lady taking orders in the afternoon is very friendly, and the food is hot and good!

The only thing good I can say is the food was good. Service extremely slow. It took 20 minutes to get food after i ordered. Ordered 2 medium coffees and received 2 small coffees. When I said they were the wrong size they denied it and said they were right.
Gave me the wrong sandwich. I did not return it as I did. Ot have time and what they gave was fine. Everything was hot and fresh and fast. Courtesy services. Pandemic safety measures well thought and appreciated.
