Everything is usually good. However, in 2 1/2 years I have never been able to get a milkshake. The shake machine is always down! What's up with that?
I waited 15 minutes for spicy chicken nuggets, made me late for work. Once it came was not all my order. I wanted a large drink and I got an attitude saying the ticket said medium. I would of paid extra if need be. Will not be going to this one again. Need customer service training because it seems like none of the employees wanted to be there.
The order I was originally brought out was wrong. When they finally did get it correct my nuggets were old and hard, my fries were cold and soggy, and it took forever for them to bring me my correct food. I had to keep sending my food back in to keep getting the same result. One of the order takers kept blaming the other employee for the inconsistency in my order even though I could clearly see her bagging my food through the drive thru window
They are no longer serving bagels during covid. It would be nice if they would take them off their mobile menu, that way customers don't waste 30 minutes trying to get their order corrected. The drive-thru cashier was very nice and changed my order for me and gave me a refund.
Ordered an iced coffee with easy on the ice ...don't do that it messes up their formula... got a supersaturated coffee sweet.. Blah !!...
