I recently visited to purchase a new headlight switch for my brother's 1995 Dodge Dakota. They always seem to keep the parts in stock for these older trucks. Because they do, I never regret not owning a brand new truck. The Associates are professional and time efficient. Some parts have multiple price options. The lowest price has never been a bad choice for us.
Good
I bought a part for.my Jeep, my Daily Driver, symptom was no start when key was turned . After Laron(?) showed me the part, he let me compare it to mine, and the problem was obvious, a broken pin. Left the store feeling secure that all was good. When I installed the part, there was a malfunction, but Chelsea arranged to honor the stores policy, and replaced the part, Nicki was very helpful in taking care of the transaction. So that goes to show, Advance runs a reputable business and refer anyone who needs help with their Parts needs.
Sat, 11/21/2020 between 4 and 4:15 P.M. We were told a call in order was ready for pickup. It was called in hours before arrival. When we got there, not one clerk knew anything about the order. They had my name on a sticky note so I was at the correct location. The girl that works behind the counter gave me attitude, not good customer service. This is the Mount Pleasant, SC location nearest to Hwy 41.
Darius and his team hands down are the best out of all the local Advance Auto parts stores in Mount Pleasant. Always helpful, courteous, patient and if they don't have something in stock will find it for you and have it delivered to the store most of the times the same day. They have saved my bacon quite a few times for a much needed part that other auto parts stores didn't have in stock. Advance Auto North Mount Pleasant will be my go to auto parts store and I highly recommend them to anyone that wants a quality part with exceptional customer service thanks in part to Darius and his staff.
