Dropped my taxes off on the 5th of March called 2 days later to check and was told they were handed off to another individual and they were scheduled to be done on the 10 of March. Called numerous time to check on the status with either no answer or talk to someone who was not able to find them. Drove up to the business just before closing o the 14th of March as I could not get through to the office once again. Arrived to find out they hadn't even been touched. Needless to say I took my unfinished taxes back into possession to get done somewhere else. Not sure how other HR Block locations are but this one gives HR Block a very bad name. I 100% will not be using HR Block after this experience. On to find a new tax service provider. ***Avoid this one at ALL cost***

Ciera was awesome, I asked her if i could drop my taxes off and sign for them when she was finished. I thought it would take her a day to do them and she got them ready and finished in less than half an hour. I didn't even make it back home by the time she called me to tell me she was finished.

We were greeted warmly and there was a tax preparer available to do our taxes immediately. Everything was done in a personable, timely and professional manner.
