Well I think I got taken for a ride here. Wanted a no contest divorce. Put $2000 down and somehow became over $3700 and after almost a year I’m still not divorced. The contract stated that I would be charged past the $2000 unless I agreed. Well I never agreed and then all of a sudden I owed $800 so I told her not to do anything else and then a few months later my bill war $1700+ when I told her I would have to just take care of it myself. Asked for explanation of bill several times wit to answer just an invoice.nBeware!!!!!

Tracy Cinocca quickly cut through the mess of separating from my business partner. I wish I had gone directly to her in the first place, instead of wasting long hours trying to deal with it myself. She did a timely and effective job of ending the partnership. And, what was really great, both my business partner and I, are happy with her solution.

My mother was hurt and, after a long hospital stay, was placed in a nursing home, at a cost of over $10,000 per month. She was soon to lose her home, but not before I lost my house, as I had her name on it as co-owner. My house was to be sold first with the money going to the nursing home. I had been to two law offices seeking counsel on this predicament. The first one said nothing could be done about it, and the second one, after researching the situation, also told me the same thing, and in addition sent me a hefty bill for their time. I had heard good things about Ms. Cinocca, and knew she had been designated as a “Super Lawyer” by the local Tulsa law community. Sure enough, she knew of a direction to take, when two other law firms did not. She led me to an effective solution to my predicament. Not only that, but she dealt with the big law firm attorneys, that had sent me the aforementioned hefty bill, with the wrong answer, and got me out of paying that, too. I recommend her, and have done so to my friends. Ms. Cinocca is the attorney that people go to, when things look hopeless. It’s no wonder they call her Super!
