I recently started the CrossFit journey and so glad I chose CrossFit BA to do it at. The coaches and other members are so encouraging and enjoy helping a newbie learn the ins and outs of crossfit.
Everyone is helpful!! Felt like family, since the first time coming through those doors!!
Been going a couple of weeks now and love it! I had never done CrossFit before and the coaches here make me feel at home and work with my pace.
