Quiet and clean place to rent by the lake. Dennis is a great landlord, very helpful and fair...
This RV park is close to the lake. It has a nice park-like setting with trees and 8 acres. Mixture of RVs and mobile homes. People are friendly, would recommend. The Oaks provides a range of services including rentals, lease options, selling RVs and even towing.
We rented a jet ski from the owner Denis and it died in the middle of the lake ..we had to get it towed. during the process it got a little scratch and he kept are 350 dollar deposit.i understand keeping a deposit for scratch's but it would have never been scratched if we didn't have to get his equipment towed there for he should have taken responsibility and not kept the deposit . Considering taking it to civil court
Needs maintenance and is expensive
