I went into the branch on a Saturday morning with a bucket with over $200 in coins that I needed changed. They didn't have a coin machine, but the ladies manually counted and rolled them for me. My regular bank wouldn't even let me in the lobby on the weekend and it was difficult for me to get there during the week. They went above and beyond.
Where are the normal people who help me?? They are the best take care of everything I need even through the drive through. The lady today had a problem with everything. Geez. Wasted half my lunch. By the time I was able to get anything done it was too late and I had to go back. Not my normal staff or experience!!
Great personal place to do banking. I recently moved from a traditional bank to a credit union. They definitely do thing differently. It is more personal.
Great people at the BA branch... I've never had any problems with anyone. Always been very helpful with a smile on their face.
The staff at the 31st Street Branch are awesome.....Leann, Sammy, Kiersten, and Sarah.... they are always helpful and friendly... we live just as far to another branch as that one but we always make our way to their location without a doubt they are the best!
