If I could give this chase bank location zero stars I would. My husband and I with our three-year-old toddler went into this location 101st and Elm in Broken Arrow Oklahoma. Our goal was to open a savings account with Chase and a very large amount. They closed at 1pm and we got there at 12:10pm. We were greeted and told “we don’t have time to open a savings for you today. The woman continued to say it takes 45 minutes to an hour to do and they close in 50 minutes” My husband and I left in shock that they turned away a family that wanted to bring business to them! If they DO NOT want our money we will take our money elsewhere. Don’t go to this location. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time!
Drive up bank hours not consistent with all other banks in the area. They close at 5 and on Fridays open until 6. For people who work nights andnsleep days, it's difficult to make deposits and payments. Service is still good when we can get there on time before closing.
Best chase employees in town. It's worth the drive.
Manager and staff are friendly. Even gave me a curtsey call when I started my account online.
