Bank of America has been a pain in our butts BUT, we have had a positive experience with this branch. A few folks there (Jay and Katie specifically) have been so kind and extremely helpful in answering questions and walking us through different processes.
Very bad communications by phone and in person. No one calls back if you leave messages.
Worthless excuse for a bank if you don’t have a account with them even though my customer that is paying for services has a account with them they don’t want to or even care to help me also they wouldn’t cash a check because it was made out to my company which I am the owner and had plenty of documents to show that so I had to deposit the bad check back into my bank and take a chance of it not going thru again and then I have to pay for another bad check few on the same bad check I am almost to a point of refusing to accept any check that is from Bank of America
The staff is always friendly and professional. My transactions have always been done quickly and accurately. Never had an issue.
91s in BA, if you are going to be closed on a normal Tuesday, put it on your website. I drove all the way from Catoosa just to see that you are closed.
