It's amazing how the attitude of a few people can make your day. This early morning, I was checking in at the United ticketing counter on September 19, 2020 and had a wonderful experience with Elizabeth and Mimi at the Ticketing counter. They were really nice as well as very efficient and knowledgeable. I feel that they went above and beyond what they really had to do and it is much appreciated. Traveling is not something that I enjoy to much but it is necessary. So when you start your trip off with kind and helpful people, it just makes the day that much better. Then, when I arrived to the gate, I got to speak with Ronda which was just as helpful and went out of her way to check on my seating on the 2nd leg of the trip even though I had already talked to the first two ladies. She said that she would check because sometimes they have better access. The thing is, I wasn't asking for her to do it, I was just making small talk and being friendly. So to whoever is their manager, you have some amazing staff. Thank you to all of you (Elizabeth, Mimi, and Ronda)who made my day just that much better!

The only way to fly. Everything is the same when things go well, when things get screwed up is where United shines. The Tulsa staf are very knowledgeable and accomadeting when there is a problem. Unlike others that don't alow tickets to be transferred or plans to be changed.
