Usually clean and well maintained. Friendly service. Products usually fresh. Now it's got nothing to do with the local store, but corporate has decreased the size of the burgers substantially. And makes you pay for cheese on the burger even if you don't want it.. Most disappointing in corporate Braums

Food is usually good, never have I have been sick from their food. Fries were overcooked and brown. They need to change their oil more often. Grilled chicken is not cooked long enough.

The employees came outside right beside where we were waiting for the rest of our order and started smoking we had to ask them to move.
