We found Sam's a few months back and have been several times. It's a nice place to go on Sunday after church. Today, Jan 3, 2021 we were seated, our order taken along with a group close to us. Time passes and we see other people come in, be seated, place their orders and receive their food. We realize 30+ minutes have passed while we were talking and seeing other people be served....there were only three other couples in our area.... not very busy. Turns out our order was never turned in and we were completely forgotten. The server apologized and asked if we wanted to get our meal to go.....no offer to comp a return visit. There was no charge for the tea. No plan to return.

Wait staff was extremely good. Theres a longer than normal wait for Togo and dine in orders . I've done both and tho food is good and staff is great the over all wait time for the meal is not very good.

The place could use a lively makeover but the food is pretty good just a little bit pricey.
