Pizza Hut

I ordered a large supreme pizza and got it home and 3 pieces had meat on them and the 3rd piece in referring to only had 2 small pieces of meat. The rest of the pizza was bell pepper and onion with cheese of course. The quality on Pizza Huts food has went down enough to where I won't be buying from them any longer

I placed my order for curbside pick up on the mobile app and waited until the quoted time for pick up. When I got to the business I followed instructions from the app and called to let them know I was outside only it rang and rang and rang until it rolled over to a call center, I explained to them I was at the business outside for pick up and they transferred me to three different people to assist me with placing an order. I became frustrated and hung up, got out of my car and knocked on the glass door, I could see lights on but no one inside. I got back in my car and tried calling again, same call center picked up so I just hung up. A driver pulled up and I ask him if I could speak with the manager, she came out with my order a short time later and I lashed into her. I was mostly frustrated because I can understand being short staffed and busy, but if no one is going to answer the phone there needs to be an alternative so customers aren’t wondering what’s going on. The manager was very patient, apologetic, and understanding. She let me rant and rave showing no sign of offense and I went about my way. I rarely act this way and I have to say I’m quite ashamed of my behavior. I just want to give kudos to that young lady for not only her patience but her kindness towards someone who should not have treated her that way! I forgot your name but I’m very sorry. Thank you for all you do to serve your customers.

Someone's hair was cooked into the cheese when I first open the box of a large pepperoni pizza we ordered. Thankfully the wings were good. Won't be back for a while.

Was so good to dine in. Love their Super Supreme. Tasty as the norm.
