Showed up shortly after opening one morning. Looked around for work boots for about 15 minutes. No employee around. After I all but yelled for some assistance for a good 5 more minutes, I left the store. Still don't know to this day if anyone is working at that place. Boot barn is way better

Very helpful and kind customer service. They let me bring my mutt in with me since shes too spoiled to sit in the AC. They let us look around without hovering or pressuring us to buy or pestering us. Great place.
