We live in Canada and had ordered my 12th grade daughter’s prom dress at Celeste Boutique when we were down in Seattle in December, with the intent to come and pick it up on one of our regular trips down in the spring. Needless to say, by the time spring rolled around, a trip down to pick it up was not possible. I contacted Vilma and ask her about having it shipped up to us. She arranged that right away, no questions asked, and in less than a week and for way less than I thought it would cost for shipping, my daughter’s perfect prom dress arrived at our door on Vancouver Island. I wasn’t honestly sure what to expect when I reached out about this with everything going on in the world, and we were incredibly impressed with the customer service both when we were at the store in December, and especially in getting the dress to us now. I could not recommend Celeste Boutique more highly!

Terrible customer service, I would take my business elsewhere. We tried to rent a tux and she repeatedly told us not to make an appointment. We show up and the lady was very rude and not helpful. Her being rude was to kick us out. So we left. Prior to that we bought my daughters quince dress and couldn’t make an appointment Bc they don’t ever answer their phone. We were an easy sale and gave her no hassle, first dress on and done. Now to pick it up, we had to make an appointment to try on the dress per sales lady. My husband had to leave work early to grab the dress, we were ready for final fitting and the sales lady refused to let my daughter put her dress on. We have gone through so much with them and spent a lot of money to be treated like garbage. They don’t appreciate their customersnGo spend your money where it matters

My fiancée got her wedding dress and accessories here. The service was incredible, the prices were very affordable and they had a great selection.nnShe had to do a few alterations and bustle and I was expecting to be charged a few hundred. To my amazement it was only $30!nnThe ladies here have gone above and beyond to make sure the dress was perfect for our big day. My only regret is not being able to give more stars!
