After we waited 30 min to get our order they brought us the wrong food twice. This place has gone downhill. Maybe in 2 or 3 weeks they will be worth going to again. I will stay away until then.
They shouldn't have the lobby open if they aren't going to have a front cashier at all times. We had to wait for almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order and the person that took our order was the one who looked at us 3 times before he walked to the back first then came to help us. Then he forgot to make 1 lg. drink. So we waited another couple of minutes because nobody acknowledged that i was trying to get their attention. So their lobby service sucks.
The line was so long in the drive-thru my brother had to go inside, but the food was fresh, hot, and good.
The food & ff r great when they r hot. But the wait is 2 long at times & if ur waiting on 1 item the rest is cold by the time u have everything. At times thee ff r cold when u get them.
They do tend to keep their line moving very swiftly more times than not
