Very rude.Actual told me to go somewhere else after being a long time customer. When Brandon would stop by the house and listen to his clients, jenifer likes to take the opposite approach and NEVER talk to us(only the secretary).Too many other ins. companies to treat people the way FARMERS INSURANCE FROM NOWATA the way they do.Take your hard earned money to a company that at least act like they care.
