So this is 2 visits in one review. Last time we visited this place was for my wife's birthday. They took forever to get our food to us and when my wife's plate arrived it had a roach front and center of her plate like it it had been intentionally placed there for decoration. My wife immediately told the server. I mean 2 seconds after she put her plate on the table. She had not finished putting our plates down when my wife told her. Now I did not want to make a scene so we were discrete with dealing with this. The manager came and gave us a card that had 2 free entrays for our next visit. Now we returned and ofcourse different manager that now did not even want to deal with us and just walked to the table and said he could not accept that. I am only giving it 2 stars because the food was not bad yesterday just took too long. I will never return to this place as I cannot support a business that has no integrity. If they do this to your face imagine what they do where you cannot see them, in the kitchen or the ingredients they buy I mean the roach alone proofs you do not know what goes on behind the scenes terrible experience expected much better customer service from an establishment of this caliber. Just no worry about customer service.

My husband and I are both very hard to cook for due to gluten and pepper allergies. The chef, BOB, was amazing! He was able to accommodate both of us in spite of our allergies and the food was amazing!!!! Can’t tell you how much it means to us to be able to eat a meal where we both were completely satisfied and actually able to eat everything we were served. BOB is an absolute genius and even went out of his way to make our meal delicious and worry free. Thank you just isn’t enough for everything he did. We sure appreciate you BOB and how to be back soon!

I ordered catfish dinner, it was terrible, it had a flour breading mix instead of cornmeal mix. There was 2 pieces of fish & fries , no coleslaw or bread. Salad was good. Beer was 7:00 each & not part of the meal package. fries fries

I make a point to eat at Terrace View every time we are in Thackerville. I love their new Cowboy Breakfast and their coffee and tea are delicious. Of course, their old standbys like Steak and Eggs and Chicken Fried Steak are still superb, but this Cowboy breakfast has CRISPY bacon (and LOTS OF IT) and THREE eggs anyway you like, and sausage and EXCELLENT fried potatoes along with toast and a special treat of cowboy beans! Isn't that interesting and delightful? Plus the service is impeccable. They are adhering to COVID guidelines to make your visit comfortable and safe. Thank you, Terrace View! I will be back over and over again!

So good.nIf staying at the hotels the portions are better if you go in person rather than room service. It seems to be a bit cheaper that way also.nNachos FTW
