This company claims to regret my experience. I tried to call for assistance after going in person. I became overwhelmed by the employee standing close to look at my emails just so I could get code to enter storage room that I pay. I just had open heart surgery and my anxiety got the better of me. So, I call back today, a few days have passed, and this guy wants to argue with me even after I informed him that he was standing close and I had heart surgery. He kept talking over me that he was trying to help and became very defensive then hung up and will not help me. What should have been an easy call for help ended up being a horrid experience. I do not ever want to deal with such a brittle person that cracks and acts like a fool.

Experience was like I was renting an apartment, storage rental insurance, lock $20 awkward storage L shaped unit, not worth the $130 after all the fees. I just needed for 3 weeks. DO NOT AUTO DEBIT if you don't intend to rent long term $85 month.

I made a pymt on their site but used 2 cards. The 2nd pymt was supposed to be $20 but the site charged me $306 in error! Yikes! So I was charged twice! I panicked! But I immediately called Tiffany, who by the way is not only sweet and personable! But, efficient, professional, and such a pleasure to deal with. She took care of my double charge in 45 seconds flat! Wow! Not only do I recommend PS 40TH ST, but ask for Tiffany! She'll take good care of you! ud83dude0a
