Great gym with a lot of good equipment, various classes, including cross fit and kickboxing, and Aaron is a knowledgeable trainer, and a great guy. Well worth the monthly fees!
The equipment isn't much to shout about, and it's warm in the summer and cold in the winter, but the people are really first rate. That goes for the owners, as well as the members. It makes a tough workout a pleasure.
Great owner good environment to work on in, would definitely recommend to friends and family!!!
