Would give a minus 10 if I could. Called in order from parking lot. Went thru drive thru to pay. Was told to pull up and they would bring it out soon. After 30 min I called to cancel and get a refund. Was transferred twice and hung up on. No call back. At 40 min. I approached the drive thru amid 4 cars in line to demand my pizzas. Went back and the girl brought them out..shoved through the car window..giving me a hateful look.needess to say did not get the cheese and pepper packets requested. I'm posting this on all my social media pages. Was at 12th and Broadway location in moore ok 73160. My family and I wont be going back.
It has been 2 hours since I placed my order. I get it that they are busy and I don't blame the employee s or driver. I blame management. They need too change the process. I will not be ordering from Mazzios again. I'm sure my food has been sitting ready waiting to be delivered for over an hour.
Pretty depressing everywhere got rid of the ham bacon and cheddar calzone that and the cookie dough pizza before it turned into... whatever it turned into. Sad to say I probably wont eat mazzios again unless I want a salad.... but hey they have super good ranch dressing so that's a plus I guess.
Just like even other mazzios lol. Nice employees
Received frozen BBQ covered traditional wings tonite. Yummy! Quality check people! Geez.
