Came in on 12/27 around 6:40 for pickup, the woman at the counter was attentive and friendly. When I made a joke about one of the slices having all the sausage on it (i was exaggerating, the whole pizza was topped fine but one was a little luckier) she immediately offered to fix it. Of course we were happy with the pizza already so we declined and she wished us a good night. The pizzas themselves were toasty and had the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. Definitely our new Mazzios of choice.n*I'm editing to add much later: This location is still great! We did drive thru pick up and the pizzas were perfect, we were offered cheese or peppers at the window too. I ate way too much. Thank you!

Waited over an hour for a pickup order. After 35 minutes I was told 20 more minutes, after waiting patiently in my car I went in to check. I was then told it was coming out of the oven in 10 minutes. I then asked for refund. The cashier told the kitchen I requested a refund and I hear the kitchen yell my order number is a no make. They hadn’t even started my order an hour and 15 minutes into placing it. Terrible service.

The call center thing is a joke! Sat on hold for 23 min just to find out my food was leaving the store 25 min after it was supposed to be here. And they said they would credit our next order for $10 because it was past a certain time. The driver text me they where out of a item after the call center said they had left with our order. So a $65 dollar order that should have been here in 45-55 min took them 1.5 and the delivery driver was rude and refused to say anything when we talked to him. I doubt anything will be done. But I do know I will not be eating here anymore. Will gladly spend $65 at other pizza places!!

Order placed for delivery, was told 50 to 60 minutes. 80 minutes go by, call and we're told we will get $5 credit IF we don't get it in 15 minutes. Call 1 hr and 35 minutes later to cancel. Call center says ok, I'll just cancel it. Evidently it hadn't even been made yet. Trash service. Would not recommend.
