I'd give no stars but Google won't allow it. Extremely unprofessional, do not want to do the work you paid them to do, they just want to take your money. Calls not returned, emails ignored, constant cancellations of appointments. Staff are rude and make you feel like you are a burden and are annoying them. If you are looking for professionalism please look elsewhere, dont waste your time or money. Some of the 5 stars given have been placed there by people who work there.ud83dudc4eCuidate ud83dude4f

I call and tell them to update on my case and they never return calls or even tell me whats happing to my case its been months now and nothing no responds

I was arranging papers for my husband and just started the process in 2017, I was pregnant at that time almost two years passed and I checked and they did not answer me. Vovli to get pregnant and nothing iso. I asked him for all the paperwork to take the case to another place and until now he continues to collect the rest of the money from the case that he never finished.

A very bad experience. Of course, all cases are different, but in our case, Mr. Randall was unfortunately unprofessional. He charged us for an affidavit for our immigration case and even helped us prepare more documents to support it, and after receiving payment, he changed his attitude. I take personal offense to our questions regarding the affidavit when you only want us information and clarification for the next step of our case. To anyone looking to have their case treated with professionalism and responsibility from start to finish: proceed with care.nnA very bad experience.
