Our entire order was in correct. Spent 30 minutes waiting, and still had to ask for our last drink that was never made until I reminded them. Worker also digging in her personal bag for meds with gloves on, and went right back to work without a glove change. Gross!

Don’t want to bother getting into detail but the girl there definitely needs an attitude check. Needs to learn to listen and talk more nicely or even ask a question nicely if you are so confused. If you hate your job so much, find something that will make you happier.
Make sure to get receipt.... Menu says $10 for a 22 oz. Alaskan husky. Charged $13 for a 16 oz. Cashier happy to rip me off. Manager did NOTHING to reimburse. Subsequently heckled by cashier's friends in a vulgar fashion. ZERO stars Please!
I went back for a refill on my iced tea, which should have been free as a gold star member, but was told I needed a receipt and that it had to be within one hour. (I went within twenty minutes) There was absolutely nothing posted that said that was the case. I told her I was not offered a receipt and it fell on deaf ears! Very poor customer service!! I am very disappointed!
