I expect overpriced food at an airport, so that in itself was not a surprise. But the quality was sadly lacking. Poor. We got sandwiches from the covid-limited menu. A poorly made sub from Subway would have been far better. and the price was about triple of a footlong subway sub. So if you want to pay about $18 for a bad sandwich, and $18 for a glass of cheap wine, this is your place. Oh, and the 'side' was potato chips... like from a bag. To be fair, the staff was friendly and timely.

Waited to be seated just to be ignored by wait staff... I had to waive down a server just for a drink then proceeded to be ignored..me and a coworker were NEVER approached by staff, we had to waive them down each time! Save your money and eat in the food court and if you need a drink there is a nice lil wine beer bar in concourse C!

I came here to leave a bad review, but it looks like loads of folks beat me to it.nnAfter waiting in line, the “host” informed me that they were now closed, and that the couple in front of me were the last to be sat for the evening. This was stated after I stood in line, and was not once informed of this intent.nnWhen I made the point that I had been in line, and only wanted a beverage before my flight, I was curtly told “no you weren’t”, and that multiple announcements were made, which was false and delivered so rudely I was quite honestly shocked.nnI will never support the Stonehouse, whether at the airport or on Rainier again.nnShame on you for letting your brand be skewed by HMS staff, and even more shame on HMS for hiring rude and unprofessional staff.nnCOVID takes a toll on all of us. This is a time for kindness and understanding. Not aggressive lies.

Lady in a hairnet that seemed super unhappy slid my half piece of bread, 1/2 cup of capers littered on some snaggy lettuce, mangled lettuce and a small paper cup of fruit....to me. Full restaurant sit down with plastic utensils.

I honestly don’t understand why this place is in business. Disgusting food! It’s 100% microwaved, warm ranch dressing out of a bottle. I’m literally in shock.
