I love my PF! They are conveniently located right next to a smoothie and supplement shop, the staff is always so welcoming. I really appreciate all the advice and support I have gotten since I have begin my fitness journey. They are the best!
This place scammed me for almost a year! Beware! When COVID hit the hours didn’t work for me so I tried to cancel. The guy told me the only way to do that is to request a cancellation through an email since it was during shutdown. Well 11 months later I noticed I’m still getting charged!! Called the manager Lisa today and didn’t even get a single apology!! Completely unprofessional and she even questioned whether I actually sent the email!! Well guess what!?! It’s still in my sent messages so I do have proof!! Completely unprofessional and trashy service!
Truly judgment free. The staff here are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They keep it clean and COVID friendly. I love it here.

The planet fitness employee was harassing my girlfriend by walking over her 4 different times and never apologized once when we asked his name he said he didn't want to answer when we asked to file a complaint to another employee he came over by the front desk and kept harassing her! then another employee (who a female) denied her and told us to leave and he kept trying to get in her face! He was bald wore glasses about 5'6 and had a beard, he said his name was cory terrible employee!
