Try to join the gym, apparently you can't pay cash for a gym membership anymore. So I walked the three quarters of a mile round trip to go get a car to do so but you also can't do it unless it's tied to a bank account anymore. Ask for a manager, no manager working. I think you're going to have to change the name to Bronze Gym

This gym is really clean and well setup! The employees are always walking around checking on things and very friendly. The manager engages with all of the customers and is obviously doing a good job leading his team. There is enough variety in equipment and space to do almost any workout you would want to do. Very friendly! Very well organized! Very clean!

Good luck.nI decided to cancel my membership due to COVID, the Moore location did well at making sure that they did what they could in regards to cleaning but it was the usual cleaning up after a guest; nothing more, nothing less. You do have to go in person to cancel, when I went not a lot of people were wearing masks including some of the workers. I get it cancelled and the get a charge for another month but it’s late so it’s an extra 20 dollars on top of the normal gym fee after I cancelled and hadn’t used the gym in 3 months. So I call the number back (National branch, I would assume) and I wait 45 minutes on hold and the it lets me record a voicemail. I have done that twice now, trying to make a payment. Now I’m calling the Moore location and am on hold while writing their review. 20 minutes now and Google Live says it’s “less busy as usual.”nDon’t go to Gold’s, not worth the time or the money.

Friendly staff. Plenty equipment. Decent price. I have been a member here since it opened around 2013. Its changed names and staff several times, but its always been a good gym.
