I could not recommend this company enough. I had a level 2 car charger installed in my garage. The company all across the board has been a pleasure to work with. Speaking with David on the phone was easy and setting up the estimate was a breeze. However, the reason I choose them was the electrician Jacob Reed. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and an absolute superstar at his craft. He took the time to walk me through not only what I wanted to do, but also what had been done previously in my electric box. The company overall couldn't have been more professional and easy to work with. They texted and emailed you when they were coming and who would be there and arrived early. I work in an industry that demands superior customer service to thrive, and Passion Electric certainly meets and exceeds those standards. Jacob is the reason I choose them to do the work and I couldn't be happier with the results. Will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Jacob!

The team was scheduled for a day and a half to complete the job of replacing our breaker box, adding 200amp service, grounding our house, plus a couple other outlet installations in the garage. They completed it in one day, even staying late to adjust something I had miscommunicated and make it right.nHighly recommend booking Passion Electric to work on your house!

1st visit was to install whole house surge protector. I liked them so much hired them again to update some lights in our media room. Repeat customer for sure! I like how the technicians are courteous and respectful. Another perk is I get texts when the technician is on his way and electronic invoices.

Honest...which is the most important quality here, but also affordable, professional and prompt. I paid about half what my neighbor *who would know* for the service I received. He refused to do anything less than was legal and ethical in my repair after the ice storm. Said his conscience would bother him. Nice to see a man in business with one of those...

Had a rough time with a open neutral. After replacing every outlet and fixture on the circuit it was still not working. I called in the professionals. The Tech that came out didnt really help me find the broken wire and actually pointed me in the wrong direction to fix it myself. The company sends out a survey after service. I let them know that I was not happy and why. The owner gave me a call to see what the story was. I let him know and he made a good attempt at making it right. Considering how the company does business and the integrity of the owner. I would give them another shot even though I had a rough experience.
