Scooter went above and beyond for me. Even though I got estimates from 6 other places I new this would be the best care possible. The whole team was great and very quick. I had Scooter out doing my estimate at noon and 2 hours later they were at my house installing. I had a electrical hick up which was all covered in the price even though they found out later about......with any body else that would of been out of pocket! Best warranty out there. Even came to my work so I could sign papers but could not leave work!! I would recommend them to anyone! Due to the inconvenience that was not there fault, my electric needed repaired and they had to come back out the next day Scooter brought me a gift card for dinner! You will not be disappointed!! 100% best customer service and all around great people!

Always have a great experience with this company! Easy to make an appointment and they notified me thirty minutes before the technician’s arrival which I really appreciated. My technician was Joseph Lang and I cannot say enough about his courtesy and professionalism. He even made friends with my loudly barking puppy! He replaced the workings of the toilet and repaired the leak in my shower and I wish now I hadn’t waited so long to call because it was so effortless and I am very pleased.

I called Air Comfort Solutions for my annual HVAC tune up. They sent Frank and he was a great technician. Very thorough, polite and professional. He explained the process and changed my filter. I recommend this service every year to make sure everything with your system works great.

Frank was punctual, courteous, and professional. Every aspect of maintenance was clearly explained. After completion, before and after pictures were shown of outside air conditioning and inside unit cleaning. I was impressed to see the difference. Outstanding HVAC Technician!
